1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookingPal ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. The Service

BookingPal is a workspace management platform that allows organizations to book physical resources such as meeting rooms, desks, and parking spaces. We provide the software platform; your organization ("The Tenant") is responsible for the configuration of resources, booking rules, and user access control.

3. User Accounts

  • Authentication: Access is granted via Single Sign-On (Google or Microsoft). You must keep your credentials secure.
  • Authorization: Your access to specific features (e.g., Admin tools) is determined by your organization's administrators.
  • Account Termination: We or your organization may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or internal policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or restricted areas of the system.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Abuse the booking system (e.g., creating automated "ghost bookings" to block resources without usage).

5. Booking Rules

Bookings made through the Service are subject to rules configured by your organization, including but not limited to:

  • Maximum booking duration.
  • Advance booking windows.
  • Cancellation policies.

Administrators reserve the right to move, edit, or cancel your bookings for operational reasons. You will be notified via email if such actions occur.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Griffyn and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingPal is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or missed meetings due to service unavailability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and increment the version number. You may be required to accept the new terms upon your next login to continue using the Service.
